Pursuant to applicable animal welfare regulations, international transportation standards, and our company’s internal safety policies, it is a strict and non-negotiable requirement that all animals be transported in a secure, industry-approved travel crate. The approved crate is required to ensure the safety, containment, and welfare of your puppy during transit and to mitigate risks including, but not limited to, injury, distress, or unforeseen transport incidents.
Please be advised that failure to provide or secure an approved travel crate will result in the suspension or cancellation of the shipment, as we are legally and operationally prohibited from proceeding without full compliance.
For your convenience and to ensure regulatory compliance, our agency offers the following options:
Crate Leasing: $599
(The crate remains the property of the agency and will be retrieved upon successful delivery of your puppy.)
Crate Purchase: $950
(Ownership is transferred to you upon payment.)
All crates supplied by our agency meet standard live-animal transportation regulations, are specifically designed for puppy travel, and are fully sanitized prior to use.
You are required to confirm your selected option promptly to allow for timely logistical arrangements. Delays in confirmation may result in shipment postponement or additional administrative action.
